WEEK 01 OF 03 – On Sunday (Chest & Back), Monday (Abs & Butt) and Tuesday (Triceps & Biceps) you have Power Work to do. On Wednesday, you have H.I.I.T. Work to do. On Thursday (Chest & Back), Friday (Abs & Butt) and Saturday (Triceps & Biceps), you have Explosive Action Work to do. Be sure to follow the rules of the Cardio & Nutrition Challenges.
